Congratulations to the students who won scholarship from Community Foundation funds in 2009 - many are shown here at our Education Reception at Terry's Catering in June 2009. We are proud of you!
Scholarships are a wonderful way to help members of our community pursue continuing education, develop their unique potential, and enhance their ability to contribute to community and society as citizens.
The Community Foundation administers 10 different scholarship funds to support the educational aspirations of community members. (Please see the fund list for a list of scholarship endowments.) In many cases we partner with local sponsoring groups to publicize and award scholarships.
Perhaps the best-known scholarship administered in partnership with the Community Foundation is the prestigious Lilly Endowment Community Scholars program. These scholars receive full tuition and a book stipend for up to four years of baccalaureate study at any college or university in Indiana. |
Below is information about how to apply for scholarships that are awarded through the Community Foundation's Scholarship Committee. Other awards from scholarship funds we manage are carried out through partnering organizations. To obtain complete application information on scholarships awarded through the Community Foundation, please click the torch icon(s) below, under each scholarship you are interested in, to download information.
